Souriau 8STA series, size 14 oval flange circular receptacle connectors are derived from MIL-DTL-38999 specifications and developed primarily for the motorsport connector market, durable, lightweight receptacle connectors with a superb tolerance to vibration, impact and harsh environments. These Souriau 8STA motorsport connectors are small and light weight circular receptacle connectors suitable for Formula 1, Moto GP, WRC, Nascar, kart racing, boat racing and many other motorsports and also many other applications that require a robust circular connector such as military, including UAV, ground vehicles and Infantry interconnections where size and weight are an important design consideration. Souriau 8STA series oval flange circular receptacle connectors size 14 feature a colour coded banding system for easy identification and mate in 1/3 of a turn with an audible click, these motorsport developed 8STA connectors are available with male or female gender contacts in multiple contact layout versions.
